As an influencer in China, appearance is a big part of my career. I was born with a naturally high forehead, and over time, I realized it was affecting the way I looked on camera — and how attractive I appeared to my audience.
I did my research carefully. I looked into hair transplant centers in mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, and after comparing the techniques, credentials, and results, I chose to undergo a FUT hair transplant with Dr. Bertram in Hong Kong.
I specifically chose the FUT ( strip ) method because I didn’t want to shave my hair short, which is usually required for FUE. Yes, FUT leaves a linear scar, but for someone like me who doesn’t wear a skinhead haircut, it’s really no big deal — the scar is hidden under my longer hair.
What mattered most was achieving a natural, well-positioned hairline — and Dr. Bertram delivered exactly that.
The service was professional, the care was personal, and the result exceeded my expectations. I’m so satisfied that I’m now planning a second FUT procedure to lower my hairline a little more.
