No Makeup: Do not apply any cosmetics, creams, or dyes to the area.

Avoid Blood Thinners: Do not consume alcohol. Avoid NSAIDs (like Ibuprofen) unless approved by your doctor.
Minimize Activity: No exercise, heavy lifting, or bending over that increases blood pressure to the head.
Sun Protection: Strictly avoid direct sunlight. Wear a hat with a brim if you must go outside.
Crusts Fall Off: Small scabs will naturally flake off. Never pick at them.
Resume Light Activity: You may return to light, non-sweaty daily routines.
