Sleep Elevated: Use 2-3 pillows to keep your head elevated. This significantly reduces swelling.
Gentle Cleaning: Clean the area once daily with a mild, non-irritating cleanser as directed. Pat dry, do not rub.
Apply Ointment: Use the prescribed antibiotic or moisturizing ointment to keep grafts hydrated and reduce scabbing.
Avoid Water & Sweat: Keep brows dry. No direct shower spray, swimming, saunas, or strenuous activity.
No Makeup: Do not apply any cosmetics, creams, or dyes to the area.

Continue Elevated Sleeping until swelling subsides (usually 3-5 days).
Cleanse & Moisturize daily as per instructions to prevent thick scabs.
Avoid Blood Thinners: Do not consume alcohol. Avoid NSAIDs (like Ibuprofen) unless approved by your doctor.
Minimize Activity: No exercise, heavy lifting, or bending over that increases blood pressure to the head.
Sun Protection: Strictly avoid direct sunlight. Wear a hat with a brim if you must go outside.
Crusts Fall Off: Small scabs will naturally flake off. Never pick at them.
Resume Light Activity: You may return to light, non-sweaty daily routines.
Continue Sun Protection.
You may begin to trim any noticeably long transplanted hairs with clean, blunt-tip scissors, being very gentle.
